Deniz Yıldızı Otel Cancellation & Refund Policy
The cancellation and refund conditions to be applied for reservations made through Deniz Yıldızı Otel are specified below:
- Standard Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made up to 14 days before the reservation date, the entire amount paid will be refunded.
- Late Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date, the first night accommodation fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- No-Show: In case of no-show on the day of reservation, no refund will be made.
- Early Departure: In cases of early departure from the hotel before the end of the stay, no refund will be made for the remaining days.
