Seller: Deniz Yıldızı Otel
Buyer: The customer making a reservation through the website.
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the current Law on the Protection of Consumers regarding the sale and performance of the accommodation service ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Deniz Yıldızı Otel website belonging to the Seller.
The characteristics of the purchased accommodation service, room type, check-in/out dates, and price are clearly stated during the reservation confirmation. Prices include VAT.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without undertaking any legal and criminal liability and without giving any reason until 14 days before the performance of the service (check-in date).
